Local Content.com to Open Most Trusted Companies Summit with "Renewable Energy Drinks" in New York City, Long Island and New Jersey, Sept. 23

NEW YORK, NY: Local Content.com will open its Most Trusted Companies Summit and U.S. Local Content Power List with Renewable Energy Drinks, an informal organization of renewable energy professionals who convene to network, socialize, and discuss ideas, trends, and observations about the market. The networking series takes place Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., at three locations: New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey. It serves as the official Day 1 feature of the Summit, ahead of Day 2 of programming at Lavan Midtown in New York City.

Renewable Energy Drinks was created by KC Sahl, Vice President, Business Leader at Truescape, which helps energy and infrastructure companies turn complex plans into visualizations that build trust with the communities and regulators who decide whether a project moves forward.

This event gives attendees an early chance to connect ahead of Day 2 of the Summit, held Thursday, September 24, during Climate Week NYC, the world's largest annual climate event, drawing more than 100,000 attendees to New York City each year.

The event also marks the release of the Local Content.com 2026 U.S. Local Content Power List honorees, representing the best in infrastructure supplier, workforce, and community development.

Local Content Requirements (LCR) are policies that require infrastructure projects to create local jobs, source from local suppliers, and invest in local communities. These requirements now shape 60 to 80 percent of major infrastructure projects worldwide and $2 to $4 trillion in annual investment.
