The Local Content (100 Point) Compliance and Risk Score is a structured system that evaluates how effectively an organization supports local suppliers, workers, and communities. This score provides an organized way for organizations to document and demonstrate that impact.

The score is built around seven standards. Each standard examines a key area of local performance and compliance.

1. Supply Chain: Evaluates how well the organization includes local and domestic suppliers in purchasing, contracting, and vendor participation.

2. Workforce: Assesses hiring, training, and job creation efforts. Strong workforce investments expand skills and increase long term employment opportunities.
