Multi-Sport Training, Athlete Development, and Sports Facility Operators Request for Information (RFI)

Description

LocalContent.com is seeking information from qualified for-profit and nonprofit organizations that currently operate, manage, control, occupy, or have access to athletic, recreational, or training facilities and are interested in providing multi-sport training, athlete development, sports performance, coaching, camps, clinics, leagues, tournaments, and community-based sports programming.

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to identify organizations with the facilities, coaching staff, operational capacity, and community relationships necessary to support athlete development, health and wellness, workforce readiness, leadership development, and community engagement initiatives.

LocalContent.com is particularly interested in organizations that currently operate, manage, control, occupy, or have access to athletic, recreational, or training facilities ranging from approximately 1,000 to 10,000 square feet, as well as organizations interested in future facility development, operations, activation, and programming partnerships.

Potential opportunities are currently being evaluated in:

  • Bellport, NY
  • Coram, NY
  • Eastport, NY
  • Bay Shore, NY
  • Newark, NJ
  • Little Rock, AR
  • Houston, TX

Additional markets may be added in the future.

Potential respondents include:

  • Sports academies
  • Athletic training facilities
  • Sports performance centers
  • Youth sports organizations
  • Recreation providers
  • Sports facility operators
  • Educational institutions
  • Community-based organizations
  • Nonprofit organizations
  • Professional coaches and trainers
  • Parks and recreation operators
  • Health and wellness organizations
  • Workforce development organizations

Organizations may also indicate interest in serving as operating partners, program delivery partners, facility activation partners, workforce development partners, community engagement partners, or anchor programming partners for future facilities and community initiatives.

Organizations with a completed Local Content Readiness Score™ within the last 12 months may receive preferred consideration. The assessment is free, consists of 10 questions, and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Responses to this RFI are encouraged as soon as practical to support timely evaluation and follow-up. LocalContent.com will continue accepting submissions until further notice.

LocalContent.com does not intend to publish individual responses. Information received may be used to support future RFQs, RFPs, operating opportunities, partnership opportunities, facility activation initiatives, workforce development programs, and community investment activities.
