BROOKLYN, NYC — LocalContent.com today announced the appointment of its 2026–2027 Global Ambassadors for Local Content Global Networks, naming three accomplished business leaders to strengthen the authority, credibility, and visibility of investment markets while advancing supplier, workforce, and community investment localization across its expanding ecosystem throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia‑Pacific regions.
2026–2027 Global Ambassadors
- Ileana Ferber, MBA, Founder and CEO of Colibrí Business Development LLC, specializing in energy sector governance, local content policy, sustainability, supplier development, and women's economic empowerment.
- Deidre Helberg, Founder, President, and CEO of Helberg Power Supply, providing power generation, distribution, automation, renewable energy, grid security, and safety solutions for critical infrastructure projects.
- Robin Berg Tabakin, Esq., MBA, Founder and CEO of Technoforce, focused on workforce development, community engagement, organizational growth, and infrastructure-related business strategy.

As Global Ambassadors, they help regions build trust, attract investment, and accelerate economic growth. Beginning in September, they will lead monthly Local Content Global Network briefings, strengthen the Regional and Investment Partner programs, identify Best Places To Invest, support Local Content Ventures, and expand the Most Trusted Companies program and the Local Content Power List across ten global regions and key infrastructure sectors.
LocalContent.com will also start announcing trainning provider partners for its Global Local Content Professional Credential, a new certification for ages 13–17 and 18+. The program builds communication, leadership, and practical skills for real impact across careers, businesses, and communities. It is grounded in the fundamentals of local content planning and implementation and tailored to each participant’s learning, thinking, and communication preferences, preparing them to contribute across supplier development, workforce development, and community investment localization.
Upcoming Events
Additional announcements will be made at the Most Trusted Companies Summit and United States Power List Honors, taking place September 23–24, 2026, at Lavan Midtown, New York City presented by NYSERDA, Promatech, Condos Brothers Construction and Soulful Synergy and available online. The Local Content Power List will expand to all ten global regions, with 2027 nominations open through November 6, 2026.
