Local Content Power List 2026: Teresa Tarulli

Return to the Power List homepage

Teresa Tarulli brings a systems-level perspective to strengthening American manufacturing, supply chains, and workforce readiness. As an Industrial Engineer and Supply Chain Specialist at the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP), Tarulli works at the intersection of operations, talent, and policy, helping manufacturers overcome barriers that limit growth not because of capability, but because of access to customers, skilled labor, and resources.

Early in her career, hands-on engineering and supplier support roles exposed how operational decisions directly affect both business performance and community outcomes. Today, she applies that experience by designing and leading programs that integrate supply chain strategy, workforce development, and applied technology. Her work helps organizations adapt to evolving market demands while building durable capability for long-term competitiveness.

Looking ahead, Tarulli sees the greatest opportunity where government priorities, emerging technologies, and industry convergence meet. As reshoring, regulatory requirements, and AI adoption accelerate, she is focused on strengthening collaboration between manufacturers, universities, and public agencies. By aligning industry needs with academic expertise and scalable state and federal programs, her leadership helps companies prepare earlier, invest smarter, and respond faster to change.
