IWA FutureReady Launches in Harlem NYC: Powering U.S. Domestic Workforce In Manufacturing, Energy and Aviation

Harlem, NYC – The Institute for Workforce Advancement (IWA) proudly announces the New York City launch of its IWA FutureReady Workforce Training Program, beginning with a press conference and immersive training tour at Soaring Grounds, 181 West 135th Street, New York, NY 10030 (a New York City Landmark Preservation site and former Harlem YMCA built in 1933). This initiative is designed to prepare residents of New York City and Long Island for high-growth careers in renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, and drone aviation—industries that are reshaping the state’s economy.
