The Institute for Workforce Advancement (IWA) is launching FutureReady, a five-day, hands-on training built for adults (18+) exploring high-growth careers in composite manufacturing, drone aviation, 3D printing, and renewable energy. Participants complete a 40-hour skills sprint and receive a $400 stipend upon completion.
