As advanced manufacturing, clean energy, and next‑generation technologies accelerate across the region, IWA is delivering the hands‑on preparation adults need to compete.

Backed by the New York Power Authority, IWA Future Ready offers a 40‑hour, five‑day training experience focused on composite manufacturing, drone aviation, 3D printing, and renewable energy. Every participant receives a $400 stipend to ensure cost is never a barrier.

This summer’s cohorts include:

• June 8–12 — Centereach, NY
• June 22–26 — Cradle of Aviation, Garden City, NY
• July 6–10 — Long Island (TBA)
• July 20–24 — Old Westbury University, Old Westbury, NY

IWA Future Ready functions as a full workforce pipeline—supporting participants from training to internships, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities across high‑demand industries. The program is designed to convert skills into real economic mobility for residents and real talent solutions for employers.

The Summer 2026 schedule is open. The pathway to opportunity is ready for those prepared to take the next step.
