The venue is located in Midtown West Manhattan with convenient access to major transit hubs, airports, hotels, and dining.
3. HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS
The Infrastructure Supplier Forum does not offer a designated hotel room block. Attendees are encouraged to book accommodations early.

5. PARKING INFORMATION
Lavan Midtown does not provide dedicated on-site parking. Public parking garages are available nearby.

11th Avenue and 43rd Street area garages
Parking availability and rates vary. Attendees should allow extra time for parking and venue entry.
6. EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR LOAD-IN PARKING
Load-In Window:
Monday, February 9, 2026 | 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM
Temporary curbside unloading may be permitted during the load-in window only. Vehicles must move immediately after unloading. Exhibitors and sponsors are responsible for securing parking after load-in is complete.
7. TRAVEL PLANNING NOTES
Morning traffic in Midtown Manhattan can be heavy. Public transportation is recommended. February weather conditions may impact travel, so attendees should plan accordingly.
