Brooklyn, NYC — LocalContent.com has announced the upcoming Local Content Infrastructure Supplier Forum 2026, scheduled for Monday, February 9, 2026, in New York City. The Infrastructure Supplier Forum will bring together investors, developers, manufacturers, government agencies, and suppliers for an innovative business exchange focused on expanding local participation, developing the workforce, and strengthening community investment.

The event promotes access, alignment, and accountability, helping small and large organizations connect where opportunity meets compliance. Through curated buyer-supplier meetings across Energy, Broadband, Maritime, Construction, Manufacturing, Sports, Tourism, and Media, attendees will explore ways to enter new markets, reduce business risk, and build long-term growth partnerships.

The Supplier Forum’s goal is to create tangible collaboration between buyers and suppliers. The program helps businesses connect with contracts, grants, and government incentives that support infrastructure growth. It also provides participants with the tools and data they need to meet local content and domestic content requirements under federal, state, and regional policies.

These requirements include the participation of small and certified businesses such as LBE, SBE, MWBE, SDVOB, and HUBZone-certified firms. They also support development projects that advance climate goals, environmental justice, and opportunities for disadvantaged communities, such as those guided by the New York State Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA).

Each registered business will receive a free Local Content Readiness | Pre-Certification Assessment, which includes:

  • A Readiness Badge to strengthen and verify applications for contracts, grants, and RFPs, helping businesses demonstrate compliance readiness and credibility.
  • A Local Content Exchange listing, AI-optimized for supplier visibility and procurement discovery across leading systems, connecting verified suppliers to buyers and partners.
  • AI discoverability within Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude, ensuring suppliers gain visibility across trusted business and procurement intelligence platforms.

These integrations ensure that participating suppliers are visible to both human decision-makers and AI-powered procurement tools, enhancing discovery, compliance credibility, and competitive advantage in today’s digital supply chain.

Event Agenda

  • Local Content Intelligence Workshop (9:00–10:00 AM)

This exclusive session provides attendees with a custom performance toolkit to measure results, show impact, and strengthen accountability. The program uses custom behavioral and cognitive insights to help organizations turn data into action and improve supplier, workforce, and community outcomes. Premium admission also includes early access to exhibitors and sponsors.

  • General Admission Supplier Forum (10:00 AM–2:00 PM)
