This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to identify organizations with the products, services, expertise, operational capacity, and community relationships necessary to help residents, businesses, and communities access resources that improve quality of life, reduce costs, expand connectivity, improve health outcomes, and support workforce and economic development goals.
