Offshore wind is a game-changer for cleaner air, good jobs, and economic growth, but it can only happen with the right infrastructure—the onshore cables and grid connections that bring it all together. The Pre-Build Infrastructure project is an important piece of offshore wind infrastructure that will connect the AE2 project via underground cables to a power generating station. BPU recently held a public meeting on the plans for Pre-Build Infrastructure and the public docket remains open for comments. This is an opportunity to show support for offshore wind and its critical infrastructure. Please take a minute and consider submitting comments in support here through October 15. Â
