Sports + Entertainment Week, is a pivotal event series that powers the intricate relationship between the business of sports and entertainment with the vital role of local content and domestic requirements within the industry. Local Content and Domestic Content require that a percentage (often 20% – 40%) of goods, services, workforce, and community benefit investments for stadiums, arenas, casinos, and hospitality projects are sourced from local and/or domestic small businesses and taxpayers. By doing so, these projects are awarded operational licenses, contracts, public funding, and/or tax incentives from various levels of government.
