The involvement of these local small businesses plays a pivotal role in the industry’s compliance with the local content requirements (LCR) mandated by development project regulators.

Navigating the path for small businesses to enter and thrive within an industry is a promising and challenging journey. While efforts to provide training and support are commendable, there exists a prevalent issue that hampers the growth and sustainability of these businesses: the culture of overtraining and undercontracting.
